How to remove the welding line

For new tube factory there have many details not very clear,such as how to use the tube mill, how to use the polishing machine, how to use the polishing materials, how to remove the welding line perfectly.

As we know there have 3 grinding heads for grinding section, and we need to install flap wheel for each head.

1. First head 300x25.4x30 -180#

2. Second head 300x25.4x30 -240#

3. Third head 300x25.4x15  320# or 400#

Follow this arrangement then you can get the smooth welding line surface from tube mill.
